How long does a delivery take?
In 99 % of orders we have all products on stock and dispatch on the same day if the online order reaches us by 3 pm (Friday 2 pm). In most cases the carrier will deliver inside Germany within 24 hours and in a few cases 48 hours. International deliveries will usually take 48 hours, in some cases 72 hours. Please note that if you wish a delivery on credit (Germany only), the first order can have a small delay due to the process of checking the individual companies rating. If ordering per COD or PayPal there will be no unusual delay in dispatching the order.
 
Does the delivery per COD take longer?
No.
 
What does carriage cost?
The costs of packaging and carriage can vary according to the country you are in as well as the type of carriage you wish. The costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before sending the order off, you can also find a detailed list here.
 

Do the carriage costs also apply when I order small amounts?
Yes. The carriage costs are a one off contribution per shipment, regardless of how much or how little you order.The carriage costs will be raised once per shipment regardless of how many packets you order. Carriage costs do not apply for customers in Germany who order for 250 Euros net or more per shipment. Please note that there are no exceptions for small packets.

Does foil direct deliver tax free to foreign countries?
Yes, foil direct delivers tax free to European Union countries outside of Germany, please state your EU tax identification number when ordering, a later reimbursement is not possible.

Is it possible to pick up the goods yourself?
No, please note that we are an online shop only.

Is a delivery with another carrier possible?
No, we deliver only with our chosen carrier.

I have placed two orders in one day, why can't these be put together to save carriage costs?
In order to offer our usual quick service, we process orders immediately after receipt. As this often only takes a few minutes we can't then add to the order.
