Can I order free of charge samples?
Unfortunately we can't offer specific samples, we would have to cut a roll down for that which would then be unsaleable. If you need a sample, please send us a short e-mail and we will have a look if we have a piece left over which we would then be pleased to send you.
 
Can I exchange goods?
Because we sell to qualified trade companies an exchange of the goods is not possible unless it is defect. If you have a founded reason to raise a complaint, please contact us so that we can get the goods picked up (Germany only). If you are in another European country we would ask you to send the goods back to us. Please note that we can´t accept any unfree or freight collect shipments.
 
Does foil direct have films which can be ironed on to textiles?
We do not have any films which can be applied to textiles using an household iron. You need a professional heat press to transfer our textile films because only such machines develop the needed pressure to ensure a secure bonding of the hot melt adhesive into the textile substrate.
