foil direct® Super Tack Banner Tape
The foil direct® Super Tack Banner Tape is a double-sided adhesive tape with very high adhesive strength for bonding PVC banners and other parts that require high adhesive strength, such as fascia boards and mouldings in the furniture industry.
The Super Tack Banner Tape is based on a colourless and dimensionally stable polyester material with a thickness of 200 µ and is equipped with a modified solvent acrylic adhesive on both sides. The Super Tack Banner Tape is covered with a red PP liner.

Instructions
The substrates to be bonded must have a smooth or only slightly textured, closed surface. Porous, fibrous or perforated surfaces are not suitable for application with Super Tack Banner Tape.
The surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of grease, dust and impurities before application. Cleaning the surfaces with e.g. isopropyl alcohol or similar is essential, compatibility tests between substrate, cleaner and Banner Tape must be carried out.
Application should be carried out between + 15 °C and + 30 °C. The surfaces to be bonded must be acclimatised for at least 24 hours before bonding. This is particularly important when moving the materials from a cold to a warm environment to avoid condensation.
Always carry out application tests on the original material.
