We only ship on the terms set out below. All prices are per shipment regardless of the number or weight of packages.
Prices include packaging, delivery and the standard transport insurance of the respective logistics partner and are net plus VAT.

Surcharge for bulk shipping and fragile goods
In addition to the standard shipping charge, will be indicated in the order process
(1) For deliveries to foreign territories, overseas territories and territories such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Mellila, the Azores, Madeira, higher shipping costs apply, which we will inform you of on request.
(2) For all deliveries to addresses in Germany, the statutory VAT of currently 19 % will be charged. For organisational reasons, the VAT will not be refunded, even if the relevant export documents are presented.
(3) DAP, customs cleared. Import turnover tax and any customs duties (e.g. for textiles, sublimation articles, but also vinyls) are to be paid by the recipient.
