POLI-FLEX® Blockout Soft Flex Film
POLI-FLEX® Blockout Soft Flex Film is based on POLI-FLEX® Premium but has a blockout layer making it sublimation resistant. It is a 125 micron polyurethane film with a matt, non-reflective surface and adhesive backing.
Please note that due to the barrier layer of BLOCKOUT films, there may be limitations in the application on stretchable textiles. This may result in tears, wrinkles or creases in the application depending on the type of fabric and the size and type of lettering.
Wrinkles, creases and bubbles may also occur after washing, but this is no cause for complaint and can be reduced by ironing from the left at a low temperature. Please advise your customers of this.
Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.
