Turbo Print 4036 Printable Flex Film – Turbo Print, Matte HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl for Textile Printing

The PU heat transfer film is white (100 µ) and features a high-quality top-coat coating. It is suitable for both light and dark textiles and is printed right-reading. POLI-TACK 853, 854 or 870 are recommended as transfer tapes. The self-adhesive liner consists of a PET film (100 µ). Printing is carried out using inkjet systems with eco-solvent, solvent or latex inks.

• Application temperature / time:
  • 160 °C / 3 sec.
  • 150 °C / 4 sec.
  • 130 °C / 5 sec.
• Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar (medium pressure)
• Nylon application (150 °C):
  • Pre-press for 5 sec.
  • Press on nylon for 5 sec.
  • Remove PET liner
  • Cover transfer with silicone paper
  • Re-press for a further 10 sec.
