What is the delivery time? Can I collect from foil direct?

99% of our range is available from stock. When we receive your order

• Monday to Thursday before 3:30 pm
• Friday before 2 pm

we will despatch your order the same day.
The standard delivery time in Germany is 1 to 2 working days, in other EU countries 2 to 5 working days. We do not deliver on Saturdays. Tracking details will be emailed to you on the day of despatch so that you can track your parcel at any time.

It is not possible to collect or view products at our premises in Langenhagen.
