POLI-FLEX® 4783 TURBO REFLEX SILVER – Highly Reflective Flex Film for Maximum Visibility
With POLI-FLEX® TURBO REFLEX SILVER, you're choosing a retroreflective heat transfer film specifically developed for applications where visibility and safety are paramount. Ideal for workwear, sportswear, leisurewear and accessories.
Product Features:
- Retroreflective: Exceptional visibility thanks to metallised micro glass beads
- EN ISO 20471:2013 certified: Compliant with high-visibility clothing standards
- Quick application: Transfer time of just 5 seconds at 130–160 °C
- Wash-resistant: Up to 60 °C, tumble dryer friendly
- Versatile: Suitable for cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and non-impregnated nylon

- Material thickness: 0.15 mm ±15 %
- Adhesive: Polyurethane hotmelt adhesive
- Liner: Self-adhesive PET carrier

Recommended Heat Press Settings:

Processing Instructions:
- Suitable for use with standard cutting plotters (recommended: 45° blade)
- After weeding, apply using a heat press
- Peel the liner warm
- Wash garments inside out

Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.
