POLI-TACK 853 is a lightly tacky transfer tape designed for sensitive textile applications and the precise heat transfer of textile transfers such as flex films. It is particularly suitable for fine, thin, or delicate materials as well as for designs that require gentle fixation, ensuring clean and controlled results during heat pressing.
Equipped with a specially formulated acrylic adhesive, POLI-TACK 853 offers low adhesive strength and secure yet gentle hold throughout the transfer process. After pressing, the transfer tape can be removed easily without leaving residue or damaging the textile – making it ideal for delicate designs and fine details.
Transparent PET Carrier for Precise Processing
The transfer tape consists of a transparent PET film with a siliconized PP film liner. This high-quality material combination ensures easy positioning, good temperature resistance, and reliable processing – ideal for professional applications where low adhesive strength is required.
Instructions
- Remove the silicone paper from the POLI-TACK
- Apply POLI-TACK with a squeegee to the printed and weeded design, avoid bubbles
- Remove the liner of the printed film
- Transfer the film to the garment using the recommended parameters
- Remove the POLI-TACK according to the instructions of the printed film
Always carry out application tests on the original material.
