Siser® Sublithin™ Matt LT – PU Film for Sublimated Polyester Textiles
Product Description
Siser® Sublithin™ Matt LT is a high-quality PU heat transfer film with a polyester carrier, specifically developed for printing systems using solvent, eco-solvent, or latex inks. It is ideal for applications on sublimated polyester textiles and delivers reliable, long-lasting results.
Low Temperature Application
The material adheres at low application temperatures, making it suitable for sensitive polyester fabrics. The integrated sublimation barrier prevents dye migration and ensures excellent opacity on sublimated textiles.
High Opacity and Color Performance
Thanks to its special coating, the film offers excellent color adhesion and a smooth matte finish. The standard thickness is approximately 110 microns, providing stability and easy handling during production.
Certifications and Compliance
Siser® Sublithin™ Matt LT is REACH compliant and certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class I. In addition, the product is VeganOK certified, making it suitable for environmentally conscious and sensitive applications.
Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.
