SUPERIOR Trikot-Flex Flex Film for Polyester
SUPERIOR Trikot-Flex is a blockout flex film specifically designed for football strips, softshell jackets and other 100 % polyester textiles that tend to resublimate and discolour conventional flex films.
SUPERIOR Trikot-Flex film for polyester has a very low pressing temperature of only 130 °C, lower than other blockout flex films for polyester. As many polyester textiles are very sensitive to heat, SUPERIOR Trikot-Flex is not only suitable for polyester, but also for other sensitive textiles and functional fabrics. SUPERIOR Trikot-Flex also has a block-out barrier layer!
Tested for harmful substances! Tested by TÜV Rheinland according to the extended legal requirements for textile and leather products in Germany and EU 11/2010 as well as REACH relevant parameters.

How to Apply SUPERIOR Trikot Flex
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mirror your design: Load your artwork into your cutting software and mirror it before cutting.
- Weed the excess: Remove unwanted vinyl using a weeding tool or tweezers.
- Heat press settings:
Temperature: 135 °C
Time: 15 seconds
Pressure: medium
Carrier: peel warm or cold - Laundering advice: Wait 24 hours before the first wash.

Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.
