TUBITHERM® flock film stands out for its velvety-soft haptics and high-quality, textile appearance. Thanks to its particularly dense flock surface, every design gains an elegant, tactile depth – ideal for premium textile decoration where quality and durability matter.
High-quality materials & certified safety
TUBITHERM® represents flock of the highest quality. Standard colors are based on fine viscose fibers, while neon colors are made from durable polyamide fibers. All variants are PVC- and plasticizer-free and produced from ecologically safe raw materials.
The flock film is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Class 1 (certificate 07.0.50430), making it suitable even for sensitive applications.

Easy processing & excellent wash resistance
TUBITHERM® flock film impresses with precise cutting and quick, easy weeding. The heat-sealable flock film is perfectly suited for efficient plotter processing.
Its high wash resistance ensures that designs remain dimensionally stable and colorfast even after many washes:
- Washable up to 60 °C for standard colors
- Washable up to 40 °C for neon colors

The TUBITHERM® flock film by POLI-TAPE® is ideal for lettering and decorating a wide range of textiles. It adheres reliably to:
- Cotton

- Cotton blends

Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.
