TUBITHERM® Flock Film A4 – premium flock sheets for textile decoration
TUBITHERM® flock film in A4 format is the ideal solution for high-quality textile decoration in small quantities or for detailed designs. The velvety-soft surface and dense flock structure give every motif an elegant, textile look with a premium feel.
Premium quality & certified safety
TUBITHERM® stands for flock of the highest quality. The standard colors are made from fine viscose fibers, while neon colors are produced from durable polyamide fibers. All variants are PVC- and plasticizer-free and manufactured from ecologically safe raw materials.
The flock film is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Class 1 (certificate 07.0.50430), making it suitable even for sensitive textile applications.

Easy cutting, weeding & durable results
TUBITHERM® flock film A4 is easy to cut with common cutting plotters and allows fast, precise weeding. The heat-sealable flock film ensures efficient processing and excellent adhesion to textiles.
Its high wash resistance guarantees long-lasting, colorfast results:
- Washable up to 60 °C for standard colors
- Washable up to 40 °C for neon colors

The TUBITHERM® flock film A4 by POLI-TAPE® is suitable for decorating and lettering:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Cotton blends
It is perfectly suited for fashion, leisurewear, workwear, merchandising, hobby projects and advertising applications – especially where flexibility, premium appearance and durability are required.
Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.
